Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of GiftVault and any digital gift card purchased through the site. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.
1. Digital products
All products sold on GiftVault are digital gift card codes. No physical card is shipped. Codes are delivered to the order page and, when available, to the email address provided at checkout.
2. Pricing and crypto conversion
Prices are quoted in US dollars and include a 1–3% service fee. At checkout, the total is converted to the cryptocurrency you select. The conversion rate is locked for 15 minutes. Network fees are paid by you and are not included in the order total.
3. Payment and confirmation
You must send the exact amount of the selected coin to the address shown. Sending a different coin or network may result in permanent loss. Orders are processed after the first blockchain confirmation. Confirmation times are controlled by the network and are not guaranteed.
4. Region restrictions
Gift cards are region-specific. The region is shown on each product page. You are responsible for checking that the card works in your region and on your account before purchase. Region errors are not grounds for a refund once the code is issued.
5. Delivery
Delivery is automatic in most cases. If the code does not appear within 24 hours, contact support with your order ID. We will investigate and, if the code was not delivered, issue a replacement or refund under the Refund Policy.
6. No chargebacks
Cryptocurrency payments are final and irreversible. By paying with crypto, you waive any chargeback or reversal right. Refunds, when applicable, are made in the original cryptocurrency minus network fees.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use GiftVault for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or any unlawful purpose. We may cancel orders and refuse service if we suspect abuse, duplicate accounts or payment irregularities.
8. Availability
Product availability and delivery times may change without notice, especially during launch events. We do not guarantee that any specific brand or denomination will remain in stock.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GiftVault's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or missed launch windows.
