This policy explains what we collect when you browse GiftVault or place an order, and how we use it.
1. What we collect
- Order data: email address, order ID, products, amounts, selected cryptocurrency and payment address.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring URL.
- Marketing data: UTM parameters, click IDs (fbclid, gclid, ttclid) and cookie identifiers.
- Support data: messages you send to support or Telegram.
2. What we do not collect
We do not require a bank card, government ID or proof of address for standard purchases. We do not store private keys or seed phrases.
3. How we use data
- To create, process and deliver orders.
- To respond to support requests and investigate delivery issues.
- To measure traffic and improve the store.
- To detect fraud, duplicate orders and payment irregularities.
4. Cookies
We use cookies and local storage to keep your cart, remember your promo code, measure traffic and attribute orders to marketing campaigns. You can clear them in your browser settings; the cart may reset.
5. Sharing
We share the minimum necessary data with analytics providers, email delivery, support tools and the payment address provider. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
Order records are kept for accounting and dispute resolution. Marketing data is kept for up to 24 months. Support messages are kept for up to 12 months.
7. Your rights

8. International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside your country. We use commercially reasonable safeguards for such transfers.
